RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our print-on-demand products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge. To request a replacement, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at dstconseils@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the defective item, and a description of the issue.
We will review your request and respond within 48 hours. If approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost. Please note that slight color variations between the product and the screen display are normal and do not qualify as a defect.
