How long does shipping take?

All orders are printed on demand. Processing takes 2–7 business days, and standard US shipping takes an additional 2–5 business days. Total: 4–12 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

My item arrived damaged or defective — what do I do?

We offer a 1-year quality guarantee on every order. If your case develops a defect — print fading, peeling, cracking, or a manufacturing fault — within 1 year of purchase, we'll replace it free of charge. Email support@yokaicases.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll respond within 48 hours.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every case is custom-printed just for you, we don't accept returns for change of mind. If your item is defective, we'll make it right — see above.

Which phone models do you support?

We cover the most popular iPhone and Samsung Galaxy models. Check each product page for available models.

Will the colors match exactly?

We aim for accuracy, but slight color variations from screen to print are normal and not considered a defect.

Free shipping on all orders $35 and above.
